Omniscience is having perfect, complete knowledge. God possesses perfect, complete knowledge about everything and everyone. His perfect knowledge of the universe makes sense when we acknowledge that He is the creator of all. So often, though, an evolutionary construct of life dominates most people's worldview. When that is the case, God's role as creator is diminished and, by extension, the attribute of His omniscience is ignored.
Here is one of my favorite websites (click here). When I visually traverse the spectrum from the furthest reaches of the known universe down to the tiniest "quark", the reality of God's perfect and complete knowledge overwhelms me. There is nothing contradictory between true science and God's Truth. As J. Kepler has said "Science is man thinking God's thoughts after Him."
I am so thankful that this mighty, powerful, omniscient God created me (Psalm 139) and desires an ongoing relationship with me through His Son, Jesus Christ.

How can we not value life, others' and our own, when we see the order and care of God's perfect, complete knowledge?

It is reassuring in these economic and political times that God posses perfect,complete knowledge about everything and everyone. Psalm 139 is some of my favorit passages. The fact that God knew us before we were born and knows everything about me now and 'still' loves me.
